Information you provide

Browsing does not require a Texoma Local account. During the private pilot, hosting access requires ChatGPT sign-in. Submissions collect the details you enter and a private contact email. Business phone numbers, websites, and approved listing details are public. Private administrative emails and job-request email addresses are not displayed in the directory.

Job requests

When you agree to contact sharing, your name, email, supplied phone number, town, and job description are emailed to matching approved providers who opted in. Providers contact you directly. Requests are shared leads. Texoma Local does not manage estimates, appointments, work payments, or guarantee responses or workmanship.

Storage and delivery

Listing records are stored using the hosting platform's database. Resend delivers notification and job-request emails. Job-request text is not saved as a listing in our database; email services and recipients may retain their copies. Providers must use resident information only for the requested work. We retain submitted listings until removal is requested or they are no longer needed. Removal from our database cannot recall emails already delivered or immediately erase backups.

Security and choices

We use hashed network addresses and timestamps to limit abusive submissions. ChatGPT authentication protects administrator functions. We do not automatically enroll submitters in marketing emails. Ask us to correct or remove your information, or stop provider request emails, using the contact above.

Listing rules

Submit only information and photos you are authorized to share. Keep availability and service details accurate. Provider-reported credentials are not independently verified. Residents should confirm qualifications, costs, and current availability directly. Do not submit sensitive personal information or emergency requests.
